WHAT DOES A COACHING PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
Packages can be customized to your needs - connect with me to see what works for you. Typically, I meet with clients by phone or video for an hour 2-3 times a month.
I partner in coaching sessions to help you clarify and focus on your opportunity/challenge while leveraging your strengths, identifying barriers to success and providing the support needed for you to thrive and succeed.
How long this takes is entirely up to you. My philosophy is that you won’t always need a coach; however, you may want to have one on standby when a time calls for it.

I'm an ICF Accredited Coach supporting high potential and under-utilized leaders while enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential. Over 30 years business experience including an ex-patriate assignment has given me the opportunity to collaborate and learn from many inspiring people. It's gratifying to help others maximize their impact and be their very best. To learn, grow and 'sharpen my saw', I completed the 15-month Coach U Core Essentials program and earned ICF ACC accreditation.
